Wedding Toolz is Proud to offer top quality products and service, we stand by our products staff and services and we want you to be 100% happy with your order. If for some reason you did not love your product please contact us within 7 days to discuss the refund and return process.
Me and My team are a bunch of fair & honest people, we strive to help and we expect the same treatment in return if you have a genuine return request we are only to happy to help.
When shopping at Wedding Toolz we want to make the transaction easy for everyone. Thats why we ask that you check the product description and images throughly when ordering. We do our best to ensure you know exactly what you are ordering with quality photos and detailed descriptions and we are only to happy to help if you have any further queries about any of the products we offer. If you are not 100% sure about an item don’t order it simply contact us for further info. It saves everyone time.
To Be eligible for a refund you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept refunds for all items and we will not accept any returns without prior approval. You must contact us to arrange the return and refund process.
As with most online stores we have running costs, processing costs and shipping costs. We ask you to choose carefully as we cannot refund the cost of shipping and order processing fees.
Items That Can NOT be returned
Due to the nature of the following products we cannot offer refunds on these particular products.
– Food or candy products
-Custom ordered products that have been personalised.
-Candles- ( Order any candles at your own risk, During The summer months and during hot weather the heat of the sun can melt the candles during delivery we will however refund the item in winter months when its not so hot)
An Important Note
Because products In our store are created using a variety of processes, colours can vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen, in our catalouges or on product sheets. We do try our best to display accurate product pictures however some minute variations in products can occur. Many computer computer displays have various colour and saturation settings which can alter the appearance of the photos this is obviously outside of our control.
All returns must first be authorized by our Customer Service Team. For all the information on how the refund process works, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. Please follow the return process outlined bellow.
Step 1- Contact us within 7 days of your product arriving.
Step 2- If your product has arrived damaged notify the courier and us immediately
Step 3- Take photos of the products, the damage and also the packaging the item came in.
Step 4- Forward us the photos and any further information.
Step 5- Wait for further instructions. Our team will be in touch regarding the return and refund process.
