Most Items from Wedding Toolz will ship within 5-7 working days from the date of order, Some items however can take longer to process than usual please check the item description for shipping times on particular items.
Most items ship via courier or Australia Post. Some items including personalised items may be sent seperatly from your main order we will let you know if your order is to be sent separately and advise of the number of packages.
Express Shipping is available on most items, some items however are excluded from express shipping. Please check item descriptions for details on items that can not be shipped via express postage.
From time to time items in our store will be marked as “on back order” this indicates the item is “out of stock” and will not be shipped until more stock has arrived. in some cases this can take around 4-6 weeks depending on when stock has been ordered. Before Purchasing an item that is on back order please be aware your whole order will not be shipped until the back order items have arrived and are processed for more info please contact us via email. Please contact us if you need your order urgently and if your wedding is getting close.
Custom Made / Personalised Products
Wedding Toolz offers a range of customised and personalised items. These items take much longer to ship than regular items. Personalised items can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the item. Please check items description for delayed shipping times, if you need your item by a certain date and its getting closer please check with us first before ordering in some cases items can be rushed to suit your needs however we do not guarantee and recommended allowing sufficient time for personalised products to arrive.
Bulky items and Large Orders.
Bulky items, irregular items or large orders attract higher shipping rates. In some cases further shipping costs will be charged. Staff will contact customers and advise of the extra costs and payment options.
Wedding Toolz Strives to keep stock levels in our store updated at all times, However in some rare cases stock can run low, be discontinued, become unavailable or be placed on back order without our stock levels updating. If An item you have ordered becomes unavailable or delayed for any reason our staff will contact you to arrange alternative options, you may wish to have the unavailable portion of your order refunded or replaced.
